Shane Lambert here. I'm a photographer and I take pictures of people, places and things.

Speaking of places, I was born in North Carolina, but have found myself living in West Michigan since 2009. I fell in love with Lake Michigan and haven't left, even in spite of the long cold winters...

 

I've been a business owner, home builder, a test engineer in the automotive industry, but at the end of the day, I really enjoy being a photographer. I learned to use a camera and lighting by taking photos of test failures on car parts. But... car parts are boring. So - I took my camera and starting shooting my kids and my photography business grew from there.
